Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In original condition
• Free of stains, odors, or damage

Non- Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Final sale items
• Gift cards

Exchanges

If you need a different size, please contact us within 14 days. We will do our best to accommodate exchanges based on availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the items arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
